I guess you can further reduce the file size by going to Options (under Minimum Size) and uncheck Document Properties. My original Word file is 9MB (all pictures), the PDF file created this way is only 490 KB. I did figure out how to change the print settings so that the entire document prints as 8.5x11 (letter), but that doesn't solve my need for one page printed larger.
